"I punched you in the nose," Jackie said simply, "You were about to lose yourself."

She Panted " Thanks, where are we?"

"I took us back to the GCPD. Sam is still inside, most likely still arguing with the Bulldog," she answered, "We can stay out here for a bit longer, if you'd like?"

" No I'm good " she said standing up and wiping the blood from her nose the best she could before heading inside

"Okay............" Hope said. "I will wait."

Jackie looked at her sceptically as she walked away before following, "If you say so, Katana."

Sam regarded the other quietly for a moment before sighing, "Okay, thank you."

She nodded and Hope fell asleep.

She Padded in some of the dogs stared at her.. they knew that face, ad they all ate quietly. She padded from the room where everyone want eating, she could feel their stares and she had something she wanted to get . After she left the room everyone went Back to conversing, but Jake still seemed shaken up something was nagging at him but he couldn't understand what it was.

Meanwhile Katana made her way the air vent down the hall prying it open and traveling to the storage closet. the floor of the closet was littered with copies of files and Files lined the slender shelves. she leaped up to the File Box labeled with an L she glanced through before removing the file of the assailant Sam had mentioned earlier. It was a rather slim file, but it was something

Sam noticed Katana slip away, but didn't follow. He'd ask her about it later, when Jackie and the two of them went to the office building. If he was correct in his assumption, chances were that she was looking for whatever she could find on the Lab.

Duke, being so close to the Sam during his blow up, was sitting next to him uncomfortably as Jackie trotted up to them.

"We need to go after Katana comes back. Being here isn't doing anything other than making her tense, Sam," the feline said calmly.
