She's alone in the tree, though there's a hole leading out of it. Presumably Nue is another one of these squirrel bees right now.

She finds herself right above a hive. It looks like a beehive, but the tiny squirrel-bees going in and out of it makes it clear that this isn't for normal insects. It also kicks in just how insanely small she is- she's only the size of a quarter.
