He smiled a bit. "I guess so." But his mind forced in flashes of times he'd almost died because he'd let his guard down and not worried much,not been as afraid. That forced up more a shield on him all of a sudden and he casually slipped his hands into his hoodie pockets and let his markings glow as he had now on a fake flirty smile.He didn't understand this but it was automatic,automatic around Ash because he'd hurt him so much before,but he tried to lower the guard with no prevail.

Ash looked away, not exactly hurt, but not feeling the best at the moment, either. "Let's just go back."

Jason nodded,feeling weird for a moment.He didn't understand what had happened in him but something felt...different. Inside automatically felt that once he got close enough to Ash that he'd push him away,so his shield had tried to prevent it but he himself knew Ash wouldn't do that anymore.

He bit his tongue to scold himself as he quickly did the usual for a portal,though his left leg still wasn't in the best shape.

Pam seemed confused on where Jason was going and about how he'd made a portal.

Snowball used her wings to block them from view of the little ones because if they woke and saw them leave they would sob.

And that would leave Pam and Snowball to try and comfort two very unhappy dragons. "Ready?" He asked.

Jason nodded,shoving past his guard and offering a hand out to Ash. His eyes showed that he himself hadn't put on that guard,that it had only been his heart and taking precautions.His eyes where that human rich hazel.

Ash's smile soon returned, taking Jason's hand

Jason held Ash's hand firmly as if not wanting to ever let go no matter what,then he gently leave him through,hoping when they came outside the cabin that they wouldn't drop from the sky...again.

He was close behind

Thankfully they didn't fall from the sky again,but the ground was maybe 4 feet down and Jason was shocked,wings not being able to spread that low to the ground in time.

So, Ash basically fell on top of him.
