Ash blinked. *definetly Skull Island.*

Myra peeked out. *where?*

Suddenly, a helicopter roars past the cave entrance, the draft knocking all three of the cave's occupants to the floor and scattering the fire. It hovered over a clearing, and men slid down ropes to the middle of the clearing.

Darius
"They've got really heavy weapons," Darius said in alarm.

Ash paled. *holy (insert about 5 swear words here)!*

Myra asked, *what do we do? and why are they here?*

Darius
Darius turned to her, and found an emergency beacon on her waistband. It was on. Darius threw it against the cave wall with enough force to entirely destroy the beacon, then tossed a knife to Myra and a spear to Ash, before running out the cave, snatching up his bow and arrows and taking off from a run. He flew high, high enough that he looked like a bird. Flying over the place the men had landed, he saw them starting to lay into the forest with chainsaws. Then he went berserk. He swooped down, screaming a harsh battle cry, firing arrow after arrow into the men. Then one pulled himself together enough to fire back. A bullet struck Darius' left shoulder, and he screeched again, this time in pain, and so loud the men had to cover their ears. Darius used that opportunity to fly away, before stumbling to a stop in his cave, his wound hurting him bad. He stumbled a few steps forward, then slumped against the wall, sliding down it, his wound leaving a red streak down the wall.

Myra gasped as Ash flew out, roaring. Ash glared at the men, his throat glowing. then, with a shudder, he breathed fire, making their vehicles blow up, and roasting the men. the trees, strangly, stayed fine, and the chopped ones detereorated into seeds of other plants.

Darius
Darius flopped out of the cave again, his earlier grace gone, and came up beside Ash, before saying, "We need to get out of here! Get back to the cave!"

Ash nodded and flew in, grabbing Darius and dropping him in. *you need help.*

Darius
"And if you'd been injured, we wouldn't be able to carry Myra, no, would we?" Darius asked pointedly.

Ash sighed. *look, how do we help you?*

Darius
"Get me some moss and the rope on the wall," Darius said, indicating the coil of rope hanging on the wall.
