i raise my hand wanting to ask a question. my ears were still pricked up and my tail was swaying behind me.

"Oh, sorry! Not a lot of people know what a caladrius is, I should've explained. A caladrius is a bird that used to live in king's houses, and heal their injuries and illnesses. Once it had healed the royalty, it would fly away and disperse the sickness into the air, therefore healing itself as well. That's really all I know..." Aris replied as they reached the front lobby.

"No." He said, looking up at the sky. It was indeed getting late, that was why he had decided to make an announcement. "I'll be making an announcement once everyone is back here, so just sit tight. It shouldn't be long."

Sinova turned those eerie golden eyes towards the hand being lifted.
"What is your question?"

"Okay" I say and walk away. Once I get to the other side of the arena I start doing aerial acrobatics in the sky while I wait for everyone.

"could you please direct me to the traing arena, i training is my class for right now and im not sure how to get there.." i say as i look up my violet eyes meeting her golden eyes. i looked away back down at the trees as i could be very shy around people.

Kyle nodded, smiling sadly. "Yeah, I know. It's probably just me, but I feel like everyone here has these depressing backstories that I can't possibly relate with, so I'm just here like 'Uh, I'm sorry... I wouldn't know what it's like...'" Kyle trailed off. "I feel bad for them, I really do."

The mention of poison perked Kyle up for a second, before he slumped down again. He was going to ask if Ethelyn would be willing to give him some poison as a weapon, but quickly realized that she probably wouldn't like it. Kyle sat down on the grass, took off his shoes and socks, and just let his feet rest in the water. "This school year is going to be interesting, no matter which way you look at it."

"That sounds really noble..." Danielle sighed longingly, "I just have feathers in my hair. Usually Kerri does as well but he hates his so he pulls them out." It wasn't exactly painless either to do that either. Danielle lifted the lock of hair she had between her fingers and softly stroked the plumes she could see.
"Have you been here long..?" The teen asked, slowly starting to relax around Aris.

"No, I think most of us are new here." Aris said as they stepped into the front lobby, seeing Kerri waiting there. "Hello!" She called out.

Sinova narrowed her eyes on the male as he clearly hadn't bothered paying attention to anything she had said. She automatically slotted him in her mind as someone who wasn't one for rules and would be from then on very, very hard on him.
"Excuse me young man. Did I not mention that all of us have to return to the school to be present for our principal's announcement?" She said coolly, "I suggest that you remove your feet from the water this instant and get moving. Unless you decide to assist the aquatic youth present, it would be in your best interest to get moving."
She flicked her golden eyes towards the purple gems of the young girl and her tone softened just slightly.
"Of course I will assist you. Wait by me please."
