How Active are you?: Very active. Generally on every day multiple times.
What is your join date?: 9/21/2014. Not long, but I've been devoted and am over the three month minimum requirement.
Have you completed Umbra Forest?: Yes, I've completed all of the currently available story content, in fact.
How many Newbies can you mentor at one time?: Probably 2-3 if they need a fair bit of help, up to 5 if they only have the occasional question.
Other: There are two #3s in the requirements list.
