It's eyes showed a confused little hatchling again.He sat back and then held up his talons.First he pointed to his eyes,showing a younger Jason.Then he made a shrug like motion as if to say 'Is this who you mean?'. He couldn't talk or it would be a screech.

He nodded. "Yeah. But why show me?"

The creature pointed at Jason,the half breed bouncing a bit on one foot to try and stop little blue guy from chewing on his shoe. Then the creature pointed at his chest,as if to say 'heart.'. Last of all he ran a talon through the soft grass below them on the river bank,taking one of Ash's hands and gently lowering it to the grass. 'Jason' 'Heart' 'Soft.'. Then he motioned the world and reached over and tapped the hard trunk of a tree. 'World' 'Hard'.

Jason's heart was soft,the world was hard.

Ash understood and nodded. "Yeah...I just can't figure out why they just can't accept him."

The creature looked down,something just like that saying 'i know why...'

Ash's eyes widened, waiting for it to explain

The creature could feel what Ash wanted him to do and so stood with his wings and front talons. He motioned with his head for Ash to follow him.

The others where either enjoying the company of the creatures or ... like Jason,trying not to get gummed to death.

He followed, unsure what to expect

The creature walked for a minute till he brought Ash to a fair sized clearing. Then he walked to the center and ... sat. He sat and spread his wings,rocking a little. His eyes where searching through memories far in the past,hundreds of years,and farther. Searching until finally he found right before this world had lost the Multiwings. He gave Ash a look as if to say 'Do you wish to see?'

He nodded, very curious now.
