Virus floated into the square, but fortunately, there was a police officer leaning beside his squad car a distance away.

Jason noticed the police officer,but despite hoping he'd help he thought for a moment. He gripped the ice dragon tightly in his palm,the stinger like part digging into his flesh,and said to Ash. "Would he be able to see Virus as she is? Could he help?"

"It's worth a shot. Go ask," Ash approved, glancing over his shoulder. The police officer is still by his squad car, obviously not occupied with anything at the moment. Virus's laughter cut through the night. "I see you," she called

Jason nodded,then carefully jogged over to the police officer,trying to stay mostly in the shadows as he pocketed the vicious figure of Shade.

The police officer raises his gun and points at Jason. Apparently, Virus had gotten to the police force as well. There was a gunshot and Puck collapsed in front of Jason, and there's a dark red, almost black substance around his chest and near his heart

Jason stiffened at the sight of the gun but as he realized Puck had jumped in the way he found himself struck with terror as he dropped to his knees besides him. He so hoped at the moment that Puck had made a clone,dam_n he did. He felt guilt wash over the fear as well,his freckle scales white,sick green and gray. "Puck!"

(Yeah, hope you don't mind, but there's going to be a lot of that xD)

Grim appeared beside them, his tail fluffed out and his eyes wild. "Look, a carriage. Use it, quickly!" There was an unattended horse and carriage on the street

Jason gently put his arms around Puck,avoiding the wound. "I'll get that fixed,we just need to get you up,okay? Please,I'm so sorry just work with us please." He spoke quickly,carefully trying to get Puck to a stand. he already was letting scales form over his hands so he could rip them off to use.

Puck isn't able to reply. He puts a hand to his chest and it comes away soaked with blood. The blood blossoms around his ribs...

Ash shook his head. "We need to get into the carriage. Come on, we can do that later! We need to get the weapon so we can kill the Iron King. And then we can go to the Iron Realm."

Jason saw the flowers and hopes that's a sign that he was a clone and not just something his blood was supposed to do. He nodded,carefully trying to take most of Pucks weight as he moved toward the carriage.
