"Those poor animals......... while I am stuff here doing nothing......" Hope muttered.

She flattened her ear not responding she couldn't give hope and reassurance so she remained quiet

Hope laid down.

Duke let Katana snap at him, she wasn't causing him any real pain, "That may be so Katana, but you have to think of what each dog has been bred for. My own breed, for example, mainly works in law enforcement and the human military. We're taught to be aggressive from a young age. Even Hope's breed can be dangerous. They were bred for bullfighting, and the very purpose of her wrinkles is to keep blood out of her eyes!"

"However, I don't doubt that you're right about their goal," he added.

Sam then spoke, his voice deathly quiet, "None of you may know a way in...but I do. I know the Lab like I know my group's headquarters. It's hard to forget the place you suffered most in."

"Yeah......... and I want in so I can free those poor dogs." Hope growled.

Sam growled back, his voice cold, "Getting in is not simple and neither is getting out! You need more than just brawn and an attitude! It takes exactly what they curse you with! Every ounce of your muscle, intelligence, and more!"

Katanas Ears Flattened automatically, She didn't want to talk about It she felt responsible, and she knew that she had screwed up, but she couldn't control it It was like she wasn't herself when that happened. she shook her head feeling the same tingling feeling as she did before. Without notice she bolted off down the street, sherand until she was out of sight and out of even Duke's Ear shot. She stopped panting in the alleyway where they had found charlie. she was drained but the feeling had not gone away, but atleast she was away from everyone.

"That is obvious, but you don't have the patience for it! You'd gun for the dogs and end up getting yourself and whoever's with you captured!" Sam snapped, the anger in his voice ringing clearer than any bell.
