Orion almost laughed. "Sorry, it's just sad irony. My dad wanted me to be a fighter. I didn't," he said, then followed her gaze. "Should I go talk to her? I mean just a normal conversation," he said. He wanted to make sure Kali didn't think it would make Jora uncomfortable.

Ember looked at him. "You really do notice everything," she said, sighing. She didn't really want to tell him why she was nervous. She didn't like dumping her troubles on other people. Suddenly she felt a wave of nervousness. It wasn't as bad as the time before with A;ine which she was very glad about. Drat. He's going to notice it's not the same nervousness as a few seconds ago. She stopped walking and pressed her back against the wall, not knowing what the person who was feeling scared was afraid of. Whatever it was, it seemed more like a kid scared of monsters in their closet than anything life-threatening.

Kali didn't know for sure but she nodded anyway. The worst that would happen is that she'd have to go follow her again.

Jora sat down trying to calm down a bit.

Mitch smiled. "It's like with water, the cooler the clearer." He notices her change and felt a little concerned. "Hey are you okay? What's wrong?"

"Do you still want to fight?" Orion asked Kali, wanting to ask her that one question before they went to talk to Jora. He looked at Jora in worry as she sat down.

Ember shied away from him. Darn it. Darn it. Darn it. Whoever it is is having a nightmare I think. She didn't want Mitch to know. "I'm fi-" she yelped as the nightmare peaked. She buried her face in her hands. There was no way to hide it from Mitch now.

Kali nodded and walked a little ahead of Jora and Orion to let them have a little privacy. She didn't want to hear secrets not meant for her to hear.

Jora started shaking she touched her hands together and they felt cold. She held them to her to try and warm them up.

Mitch didn't care who saw or what Ember thought, he hugged her. "Hey it's not your fears..." He felt a little stupid for not seeing it before. "You're a Insight... At least that's what our books call it." He said rocking her trying to calm her down.

"Jora, let's go to the classroom. We could draw something if you like," Orion said, hoping he could start a conversation.

Ember almost pushed Mitch away, when the fear heightened. She buried her face into his shoulder, surprising herself. The part of her mind that wasn't taken over by these feelings was wondering how Mitch knew.

Jora shook her head. "No, thanks." She said trying to stop shaking before he could notice. She hated that she kept making it to where he felt like he needed to worry about her.

Mitch squeezed her gently. "It'll pass. An Insight can see what people feel when they need help. Sonn you'll be able to help them too." He said patting her back a little.

Alderic and A'ine had finished eating and got worried about Ember and Mitch. A'ine rounded a corner before Alderic and saw Mitch hugging Ember she quickly grabbed Alderic's arm and pulled him back further around the corner. "Um Ember's this way A'ine" He said. A'ine shook her head. "NO she's this way I'm sure." She said trying to get Alderic away from the place. Poor Ember would never hear the end of it if Alderic saw her.

Orton noticed Jora shaking, but he didn't mention it. "Jora, do you happen to write at all?" He had many to ask this question earlier when they had first met.

"Sorry," Ember mumbled. She pulled away from Mitch as the nightmare ended. "There always too far away to help though," Enter said, shuddering at the beginner of the last one.

(Did you mean write?)

Mitch put his hand on her shoulder. "You're a dragon of some sort right?" He asked not really needing to ask. "Maybe your mind's flying away from you like A'ine's when she doesn't concentrate." He suggested.

Ember smiled weakly, "Jabberwocky to be exact. I guess that could be it." She took a shaky breath and straightened slightly. "Thanks..."she added, trailing off.

Jora shook her head. "No... I just never had anything that'd I'd want to write about..." She said as she heard a few of her memories shouting at her in her head of how she never could do anything right.

Mitch smiled widely. "No problem. I didn't do anything too great." He looked down the hall the way they had been walking. "And I figure A'ine wouldn't have done any less." He said then looked back at her. "Do you want to continue looking for your friends of shall I and then you could go sit down in class." He offered.
