That was a definite good thing, yes. Otherwise, they both probably would've died. Kate from being mauled by an animatronic, D probably by getting caught. Again.

Yeah,and if D had gotten caught she wouldn't have really felt a real reason to get out again. And it would be heart breaking if Kate got mauled by an animatronic.

Yeah, her soul going to forever be trapped in one of the bodies. So it was a good thing that she hadn't been and that she had met D, or else that was what her fate would have been.

And a terrifying one,too. D would have just eventually died like many before her in that lab,no reason to truly fight on.
