Kris stood as well, quickly reaching over and yanking Carter away from the cliff and close to his chest. "Don't you dare."

Siren Quickly jumped into the air following her, flapping just beside her.

"Don't I dare what?" Lazi asked with a wicked grin, "Don't worry about your friends, I cast a little spell so they have no idea what is going on," She stepped forward, pulling out a sword, "Orders are orders dear, last time I failed I lost my eyes," She pulled off her blindfold, opening her eyes, which looked like white balls of energy.
Carter shivered, watching in shock. He hated feeling so weak, so helpless. He wasn't going to have it. He stepped forward, grabbing a sword which had seemed to appear on the ground.
"Yes, fight me~" Lazi purred putting her blindfold back on.

Candy landed beside the lake and turned towards Siren, blocking her from touching the lake. She then turned around and stared at the swirling water, sitting down and watching the water. The lake wasn't too big but defiantly was not small. It seemed to go on forever, but you could barely see the other end of the lake on the other side.

"Carter." Kris seemed bothered with the risk of the boy getting hurt. But he glared right at Lazi.

"Hmmm, are you scared," She smiled wickedly, waiting for Carter to strike first, "Or are you weak like your brother."
Carter barely listened, but the lest sentence hit a nerve. He charged forward swinging the sword recklessly as Lazi sidestepped out of the way. He lunged again, this time getting blocked by Lazi.
"You. Will. Die. We can't let you live," She pushed his sword away.

Kris didn't know how to help but wanted to help, he wanted to stop this bad person from hurting Carter.

siren sits next to candy, she turns to them, "ready to freeze this thing?" she said a swirl of ice already gathering around her paws

Azrail empathizes with Rose when Hope cut the back of her hand with a claw. Azrail freezes before he could touch Rose to get his powers to actually act up. How can I numb the pain? Azrail wonders to himself, pulling his hand back subconsciously. Well, we can learn as we go along. He places his hand on Rose's wrist, telling himself that he could numb the pain. A few seconds later, Azrail realized that that plan hadn't worked. "Any tips on how to numb the pain?
"I can be faster than fast. Watch." Sam crows with pride. She teleported to just behind Hope to prove her point. It took a few seconds, but she was there. It seemed to be a bit more taxing than it had been a few hours ago, but it was probably just because she had worn herself out earlier with teleporting a lot. She was determined and ready to prove herself.
TJ set about to grow a garden. It wasn't as hard as the last time he had grown a weird vine thing in the temple that was used to hinder the Black One enough for them to all trap her in the sword.
