They were threatening us. Hexic knew that, because he read their lips. He didn't know if Corasi had a plan or not though because she wasn't faced towards him.

Fun thing is you can't really plan for much in an rp other than your own actions. I never said she had magic since she's not my character to control, but she does have psychic powers that have been a thing since the start that I was trying to play off of. I don't know what that would entail though and I don't think it's my place to say?
As for the building and everything, I assume since this is a sci-fi modern setting, many things are made of metal, plexiglass, etc. The things you'd expect to see in a more modern setting maybe with a tinge of fantasy alien tech here and there. I'll try to be more descriptive but again I haven't really thought much out either, just kinda going along with the prompt too.)

(Yeah, didn't mean to sound defensive, now that I think about it I think Flame said something about it, but I really lost track. It got so intense so fast everything just melded together in my mind. I was thinking plexiglass too, which honestly isn't too hard to break. It would also explain how Miko could see in. I'm really trying to just keep up with the story.)

(Flame's mentioned a few things I think have gotten lost in pace or just mentioned offhand which really gets me lost sometimes too, hoping I can help keep track of all the little stuff by stepping up a bit, but basically I just see it as alien army vs rest of world and party. I don't want to dump a ton of irrelevant details into anything though since I'm trying to work with Flame's setup and would rather things come up in story naturally for tension and what not than be explained to death via some random npc or ooc.
If you ever need me to clarify anything I'm doing though, feel free to ask.
Plexiglass is also a lot harder than straight glass to break, it doesn't really shatter, but that's not factoring in any telekinetic force abilities to say, force it out of walls or melt it by redirecting electricity. Like I said, I have no issue with the logic of it, I was just surprised is all and still trying to understand what she's able to do.)

The guard fired a few rounds at her knees with a hiss through his helmet, trying to drop her to the ground while the other guard behind him seemed to be hesitating for the moment, keeping a firm hold on the rifle.

Don't think about the pain. Just look at them. The other one is hesitating. I may be able to use that to my advantage. Hexic will be fine, just stay in front of him. Stay in place. She was shifting her weight on one leg about every thirty seconds.

He didn't want to worry Corasi, but he was slightly healing her, slowly, so he didn't lose his vision. Hopefully she was too busy dealing with these two to notice.

She stared at the guards, still shifting her weight. Waiting, waiting for them to do something other than shoot at her. Well, for one waiting for him to do anything. She didn't notice if Hexic was doing anything, just staring the guards down.

They might notice Hexic healing me. Good thing I'm blocking him from their view. Just keep staring at them and they'll get uncomfortable. Hopefully, they'll leave after that. She didn't dare look behind her, just looked in front of her, at the guards.
