I caught this girl during the Solar Eclipse Event today and I decided it would be fun to do a Penny Auction with her. :P How this will is I will set the starting bid at 100 Gold and then each bid made is 1 Gold. Only 1 Gold increases are permitted. Please be sure to put your amount, though, so we all know what the final price is without having to go back and count bids.
Gene One: Ocelot
Gene Two: Bengal Fade
Starting Bid: 100 Gold
Minimum Increment: 1 Gold
Start Date: September 3 @ 9:45 PM
End Date: September 10 @ 10 PM
Remember to ping the person you are outbidding. This is for fun, so be respectful. Bids may not be withdrawn once made. If you don't put the amount in your post, your bid will not be counted.
As you can see, the MINIMUM increment is 1 gold, however you are allowed to go up more.

As you can also see on that post "only 1g increases are permitted" so no you are not aloud to go up more.
