Within about ten minutes, they all look completely like lorelei. Still short tails, but other than that theyve got the same traits as the original lady. Despite the fact theyve lost their sight, they all seem like theyre much happier being this way.

After those ten minutes have passed, it seems the ritual is over. The changes, if theyre still happening, have slowed down to the point where its not noticeable.

She leaps into the lake and starts heading east. The others follow, though theyre visibly not good at swimming (yet).

They head all the way over to the edge of the island. The original stops at the beach, calmly staring out at the horizon.
