(Edit: We are now on episode Whatever-Number-We're-On of Kalib likes to Talk)
"Do I have to sit? Or can I stand? I like to stand. Unless my feet are dead tired and then I like to sit. Is it the same for anyone else? Anyways, right now I feel jumpy once more. I have collected enough energy again to be bouncy, bouncy, boing, boing, boing." As he says 'boing', Kalib bounces on his toes.
"So I would prefer to keep standing. However, if I absolutely must sit down to gain your trust I will. Let it be noted that I didn't want to though. I don't like sitting down a lot of the time. I've annoyed people that way. Want to know another way I annoy people? By talking a lot. Which is why I will keep quiet during this meeting. I just have to wind myself down now so that I don't interrupt at any time." He laughs and rocks back on his heels, tapping his fingers against his thigh, his arm, his counterpart, his chair, pretty much anything within reach.
"May I ask what your favorite food is? No? Ok. I was just curious. I had to answer that question earlier and I am positive I forgot a type of food that I like so I was just wondering what you guys - oh! Do you guys have pets and may I have one?" Kalib slips out his pen and starts rapidly clicking it though he shuts himself up, a big feat considering the fact that he could easily have continued on his rant. After a few minutes, his constant clicking has turned into almost silently taking apart the pen and putting it back together again to keep his hands and mind occupied so he doesn't start pointlessly babble on again.

While Oris was expecting the meeting to be more or less held in secret after they passed the town hall, he still felt a bit on eadge from both the choice of emplacement and the armed villagers. Not wanting his counterpart to have to deal with his, probably, unfouded wories, the harbinger of peacec let go of Aryn's hand as he sat down, nodding politely in acknowledgement at the chief.
