Elizabeth Magdalene Bean (Alia)
Maggie smiles as she politely waits for Alia's response. When she gets one, she jumps slightly and only just manages to keep from clapping her hands in excitement. Maggie laughs when Alia mentions having to figure out how to get a third arm to enter the building. "Ah, if only we were octopuses. I'd be using my eight appendages all the time. Multitasking would be so much easier! We can gather the others for a looksee at the campus after we put your things away." She exclaims as she opens the door for Alia and offers to carry some of her luggage. Her smile doesn't falter and she keeps her upbeat attitude in check. Her feelings of dislike for the place slowly dissolve as she starts to trick herself into fully adapting the happy-go-lucky and ever-optimistic personality she had put together for the occasion.

Jason Gudbrand (Artemis)
Jason glances curiously at the boy he's sitting next to. He figured it would be rude to simply stare at him and the others in the room, so perhaps starting a conversation would be the best thing to do. He tries to think of something smart to say, a bit of wit to get a laugh in and then a conversation going. He found those types either ended well, with the person warming up to him and a smooth conversation rolling to a possible good friendly relationship, or terribly, with the person staring at him like he's just another speck of dust to get rid of when they didn't understand, or worse, didn't care to hear the cunning he had put to use. Jason abandons the thought of trying to use any wordplay whatsoever and dares to try and strike up some conversation, "Would it be rude to ask what you're drawing?"

Alia Surae

The black haired girl followed her odd aquintence or new friend ? She didn't knew exactly what to think of Maggie, Alia had heard about this type of people who would simply addopt a more introverted persone in their friend group and started to question if it was what was going on, not like she would complain if it was the case. " Well, eather way, thanks for the third arm." Once inside she didn't took too long to set her things in a pile by an empty bed, not realy bothering with organisation as long as it wasn't fragile.

Maggie smiles and nods her head, "Of course, any time. It's my pleasure to help you." She heads inside the dorm building lounge place or wherever people are and glances around at the other students, hesitating just for a moment as she wonders if she should really ask if everyone wanted to join in on exploring the campus. Then she chides herself, confident in the fact that nobody would think much of it if she worded it right. They could always decline the invitation or ignore her; either would let her know they didn't want to tag along.
"Hey, you guys! I was wondering if you all wanted to go exploring around the campus?" She asks the group, waiting around for an answer from the others. She hopes someone else will come with Alia and her, preferably someone who wouldn't mind taking charge. Maggie is fine inviting everyone to do something, but leading them through the offered activity is another hurdle she's not ready to jump over just yet.

Jason Gudbrand (Artemis)
Jason tries his best to understand what Artemis' saying, but it's been a little while since he's tried to read someone's lips before. He smiles some when he's sure he has gotten the message down correctly: that the question isn't rude and the drawing's a flower. "Ah! Thank you. I could have probably just looked at the drawing and saw that much, sorry." Jason thinks of something to continue the conversation. "Do you use different pencils for a sketch than for a finished piece? My sister had a bunch of pencils for drawing - HB and 2H being ones she used a lot if I'm remembering correctly - but are those used for sketching or more of a finished and fine-tuned product? I didn't pay attention enough to tell by observation. She doesn't like people seeing her unfinished work." Jason chuckles nervously as he cuts himself off, not wanting to talk too much about himself and not wanting to put Artemis in the spotlight if he wasn't comfortable sharing anything.
