"Hazel and Syd. okay. I'll make sure you get added to the database. So far, it's just me, Lily, and Olivia, now you two. Sorry. Oh, and the cat was one of Lily's pets, it was eaten by Olivia's raptor. Bad luck really." She gestured down the hall "You can go chose a room. Mine's the one at the far end on the right. I''ll get you two into the database so you can enter the tower when you need to without one of us." She went over to one of the big computers and started entering information.

"Uh thanks." I was really relieved to know they hadn't eaten the cat but a lot confused by a rapter, weren't they extinct? ' You know what, I don't care' i thought to myself. I will be moving in with a bunch of strange people to become a superhero. The least of my worries is weather they are crazy yet. I just didn't know if bringing my ferret Armageddon here would be a good idea. " This, uh, rapter you say, it doesn't eat ferrets. Does it?"

"Oh interesting I wasn't aware what your powers were."(I actually am but my character is not.) I say scratching my head feeling as though I hit a nerve. "I'm actually new to this. I wasn't sure it was a good idea, this whole hero thing, actually im still not sure it a good idea." Syd looks at me with an unreadable expression. I look away " I came for a free place to stay, and people who can't talk ****** about how I look because they are just as ******ing weird as me. So don't sweat it."

Lilly came out of her room, looking tired and covered in cat fur. "I heard new voices. Are we under attack?" She looked to see Hazel and Syd. "Oh! New recruits! Well, welcome! If you have a dog leave it outside where it belongs. Other than that I don't care. Now, if you excuse me, I have a cat funeral to plan." And with that, she left the room

"Anyone else all the sudden feel the urge to have a dog in the tower?" Syd said watching lilly leave he was joking of course but he really had wanted a dog in the past. "Whatever, im going to go pick a room so if you want a good one better pick now." He said patting Hazel on the head before walking down the hall. She sighed and looked back at the girls " thanks for letting me stay i appecate it. If my sister was here she would be a handful to take care of." Hazel laughed nervously trying to clear the air of what felt like thick akwardness. She turned and walk down the hall that syd went down but didn't see him, she was hoping she could tell the differnce between a taken room and an empty room so she wouldn't envade someones privicy. Finally she came to a door that was just like the others but had a good feel to it. She pushed the button beside the door and it slid open reveling an empty room and windows that gave a view of the water. She felt calm and walked in looking around, there was a good sized closet and nothing else. She smiled making up her mind, this would be her room. She turned around and walked out. " choosing a room beside me. I know im irresistable but you could have just chose to stay in the room im in i can share." He said she blushed but narrowed her eyes at him, of course she had to be in a room beside him, how convenent. " listen her womenizer im not falling for your flirtaous additude, i chose this room because i like it, and you can rest ashured that i will not ever share a room with you." She said feeling triumphed at his shocked expression but he regained his posture "hm, fiesty." He said "ok, ms. Hazel, don't say i didn't warn you, i can be quite persuasive." He said smiling befor disapearing back into the room he had choose. What the heck was that supposed to mean and 'ms. Hazel'? He sure was strange, she shook her head and walked back into the comman room, as it was called, and desided to tell them she was going home to get her things and say goodbye. She walked up to Asuriel " thanks again, i assume your the leader right? Well i have to go get my stuff now so, i guess i will see you guys later."

Pennyweight could hear the commotion outside but they simply did not care. They sat in their room, keeping an ear out to make sure nothing was wrong, but still mostly ignoring it. Well, the recruits would be in for a surprise wouldn't they? They blinked their eyes open from meditation, rising with a small stretch to grab a long sword from its rest on the wall, and opened the door, sword in hand. Time to practice.

Olive chuckled and a bird appeared on the lights with a bracelet "thank you wings" she petted her and she vanished putting the bracelet back on her wrist "so what now"

An alram began to blare loudly throughout the tower.

Lilly ran inside quickly. "It's a crime alert! The bank is being robbed downtown by a gang of......deer?" She looked at Olive. "Oh well. A crimes a crime."
