Azrail notices that they are interrupting something they probably shouldn't and started to back up before heading forward, wanting to comfort Hayden and tell him that all was well and that Hayden was doing a great job at being a guide. Azrail opens their mouth to speak, but nothing comes out. Aaaaah, I'm nervous... Stop being so nervous. I am completely fine. Instead of talking, since Azrail was failing that for the moment, Azrail silently crouches next to Hayden, gently placing a hand on the guide's shoulder, hoping he could help comfort him.

"What? This doesn't make sense. The cat should go right through Rose lke how Cobra's spear went through it." TJ says, doing mental calculations on how this does not work out. TJ tries to help get the cat away from Rose.

"True that... What is that?" Sam asks, pointing to the cat. She looks to Charcoal expectantly.
"I don't know. I only know a few other magic creatures besides myself. Do you not know that I am a very vain and prideful unicorn? And don't ask me to do magic. My horn doesn't work since it's broken." Charcoal says.

Kenzie uses her makeshift staff to threaten the cat. "HEY, puddy cat! Get away from my friend." She yells at the cat.

Kris still holds Siren, chuckling to himself at this interesting cat situation. "That probably ain't ganna work, gal. That don't seem like the fluffy type of feline that prefers rubs and scratches." His voice isn't to kind in ways others would expect, but it wasn't a hateful playful type of tone at least.

"Oh right. And you happen to know the perfect solution to this problem. Be my guest to help get the cat away from Rose." Kenzie says, glowering at Kris. "Though I bet you won't dare try because if it ends up that you can't get the cat away, it'll ruin your awesomeness." She gave him a 'just nod if I'm right, because I'm pretty positive I'm right' look.

He laughed again, shaking his head. Then smirked. "I'd pleasure in getting that cat outta' here, but I have my arms full." He still held Siren tenderly.

Kenzie shakes her head as well in annoyance. "I can hold her - er, them? - for you." Kenzie offers, remembering that she can't just assign people genders before double checking that was their correct gender they assigned themselves to.

He smirked in a more proud way. "Nah, I rather like them. I think I'll hold them a bit longer~."

"You're an idiot. We've got bigger problems than holding onto someone a little longer - no offense new cat person." Kenzie says, appologizing to Siren. She didn't try to appologize often.

"Since I'm an idiot, I rock at that too." Dude, calm the ego down. This problem is serious!

"Yeah. Right. If you wouldn't mind helping." Kenzie says. Or not. She adds to herself silently, getting really really really angry at this newcomer. Annoying as Kris was, Kenzie knew she couldn't just stab Kris - not only because he was holding Siren, whom Kenzie didn't want to hurt, but also because Kris was now apart of the team.

Rose shifted back into a weasel and darted away, the white ghostly cat following her every move.
I guess we are playing catch the weasel, she thought as she darted away, doing a zig zag pattern, only to feel claws slice her tail, And apparently this thing can hurt me... great.

Hayden jumped, instantly hiding the locket in his pants pocket, "Er... what are you doing out here," He said standing up, his staff instantly disappearing from his hands.
"Is there a problem I need to address? Am I needed?" He asked looking down at his feet, Mom and Dad must be proud of me... right? I haven't visited them in a long time, are they even alive?
