This sounds quite interesting but I'm dumb and am confused on one thing. I see one character per color on the first ping. Is there only one character per color? Sorry for the dumb question, I'm an avid reader yet suck at understanding some things. xD Lol.

Yeaup. One character per color. You can make up a color for your character's power to go with. ^w^

Yes, and it depends. I don't think every character has a power hinderance, but mine do... You'd have to ask Kiwi14 that one for exactness, but I don't think the power has to take a toll on the character.
