Karashi watched the statue, it was probably some magic creature controlling it. 'What do you want of us.' She asked sternly.

The statue seemed to look at you all in dismay. As quick as this was al happening, and as bizarre as it seemed, this was no 'parlor trick.' The statue seemed to be in pain; However, it was stone, so pain was a highly unlikely think for it to feel.

"The time is near" The statue stated with a gusty shout. "The Goddess. She is in need." It stated in as bit more of a plea than a demand. It bent over towards you all a bit before continuing. "You all in coming here rather than fleeing show great promise. That in and of itself it both brave, and moronic. Despite this, you are needed. The well being of the Goddess may be in your hands, paws, fins, and wings. If you wish this land to prosper and flourish, and if you wish for life to continue at all, go, go to the saddle born steppes. Find the wise man of robes like the stars. He awaits you in the north....Mums the word."
Said the statue. As it had spoken, the pain it seemed to display became more and more visible. It crumbled, it's final expression was that of true torture. I frightful sight for even the most courageous of hearts. Now you decide. Just how much faith do you have in the Goddess?

I looked at the statue stunned, my mouth opening and closing in shock as I didn't know what to do with my arms. I didn't speak as I stood there, my knees wobbled slightly but I stayed standing my eyes to the ground in thought.

(Nothing major yet. Everyone being called into the temple with a living statue inside)

(Sorry! didn't see your post. Like Xedite said, everyone is in the temple rn. The strange statue has basically just given yall the first instructions to save Caetalia)

Freya looks at the crumbling statue in horror. She had only wanted some food when the thing had started yelling at her. Now it wanted her to go to the Saddleborn Steppes? Well, alright. As long as she had someone to go with her.

"You all!" Freya called to the crowd of creatures standing around her, "I feel like that was important. If the goddess needs us we should go. Anyone have a plan?"

She looks up at them with what looks like determination.

I looked at her as she caught my attention, and I drew my sleeves over my arms. "I am not one to plan... Really..." I said looking down but still looked back up at her, "what about you...?" I asked moving my head to the side.

She looked at the girl who had just yelled, and froze her eyes wide. She didn't have a plan, but even if she did she couldn't tell anyone. Saddleborn Steppes? This might mean I actually might have to talk to someone. Or someone will try to talk to me. At least Sammy will be there, I might be able to not talk to anyone with her.

(I'll be here mostly during the AM hours. But sometimes I will be on in the PM hours. Until like 12:17. Because of my bit of insomnia.)

"Ah, um, I'm not much for plans actually," Freya said a bit embarrassed, "I usually go along with everyone else." She puts her hands behind her back and smiles at everyone, trying to be friendly.

She started to move again, and walked to the nearest wall. She just needed to get her mind off of all this. Maybe she could just ignore everyone, but she found that hard to believe. So she turned back to all the creatures and leaned against the wall instead.
