"I came in late too, craziest thing happened with a rock. Almost skipped this class too, something made me come."

He shrug, he wasn't perticuliarely interessed into what the teacher had said so of course he didn't knew what was the assignemment about, if this had been explained. " I dont think the teacher gave us one yet." As he heard Bev speak about an incident involving a stone, it reminded him of his own encounter with the 'surprise jewelry' that was now on his foot. Very doubtfull that he could trust strangers with this story he decided nevertheless to get more information about that. "You trip on it or somthing?"

"Or it fell out of the sky, like, you know, the fairy tale about the chicken getting hit in the head with an acorn and thought the sky was falling." Scout says jokingly, not feeling to inclined to speak of his own experience.
"Or was it just another rock... Or something."

She shook her head with a smile. "I may look like Chicken Little but no. I saw a shiny stone and I picked it up, I like to put cool stuff I find on shelves in my room because I vibe with it. Anyways I touched it and some weird voice talked to me and now I have a necklace," she said holding the new piece of jewelry up. "I swear it wasn't a dream and I don't even think about touching drugs or alcohol."

"Not saying you did drugs or anything." Scout shifted slightly . "The strange thing is I completely understand. Same thing happened to me... Except I had tripped over it, and it turned into a... You probably think of is as delusional, Aiden?"

At least that confirmed his own experience, tho Aiden wasn't sure what to think about this and so he decide to act like he didn't had one of those strange things on him. "Sound to me like you fell asleep on your way here and trip on it, objects dont speak after all."

Beverly shrugged. "Yeah not normally but I swear it happened. Unless some all powerful being decided to try and woo me." she said as she dropped the necklace

"All powerful? Not lot of those things around here. Why would the being try to woo me then too? I mean..." Scout shakes his head.

"Maybe we were meant to be and it was Cupid whispering." she said with a wink and laugh
