Looks good, but lemme help you out with the quirk, because it's still a little out there. Maybe she should be able to copy someone's quirk to an extent, and she will have to practice the quirk to be able to harness the few effects she receives by touching the person where they are wounded- both receiving a bit of an upgrade and healing their wound enough that it won't be fatal? (I'm sorry, it kind of dulls it down but makes it so she isn't too op.)
Also, for the hero name, I got you. I believe the quirk name should be Absorb and the hero name could be Copy-cat? I don't know, you are a good roleplayer and I want you in so Imma just help you out.

I have a character who if he is worked up enough and if he directly touches someone he can give them symptoms of the Red Death. (He's a sweet baby and he wears a plague mask and he has anxiety- The point is, Mony is great. =XD)) And I've written down a scenario where both my character and Tormura smack each other and they both get hit with each other's quirks; Monty feels bad for slapping Tomura in the end.
