No powers, def, yeah Saiki can still shift, it was Saiki at the cafe which makes for an awkward re-meet with the crew, confusion will ensue but not for long, she has just as big a sweet tooth as Kusuo and he tolerates her more than Kusuke and actually enjoys her company (woow)
