She slowly followed. She tried to walk normally but her paw still hurt. She didnt want to come off as weak. Though it was clear she was injured, she kept her head up high so as to seem like even injured she would be a powerful foe.

Yes... Lashonda said slowly. Her tail swished back and forth. She could smell the other lions now. More than before she wanted to run but she was too close now.

Lashonda tensed a bit as they got closer. Her ears twitched constantly. To calm herself down, she took a long deep breath then continued.

No. She whispered. She still seemed very freaked out. Her nose twitched a bit. She continued to limp onward.

She followed. Though she paused for a moment as they drew close to the other lions. It may be hard to escape if need be. This pride was huge.
