it came from the derection Luna went, when they caught it, it turned out to be stiches, ripped out, there was a little blood on the ground, it had a bright blue hue to it, making it purple ish
Luna is bleeding from to perfect holes in her neck, bite marks

The two of them raced the other way, and upon finding Luna Alaric assumed that a vampire had bit her. Maveric had no idea about that so he had no clue

(basically, one of a tamers jobs is to give blood to vampires so they don't go hunting people for it.)
