(Sorry, I've been meaning to respond but I just started a new job... I saw detective Pikachu, and I absolutely loved it!)


"Oh, do you have kids... or a niece or nephew?" Detective Harthe asked as she picked up the mareep plushie. "These are all very cute, it's nice that you have stuff for kids in here" She commented, shaking the snow globe and placing it back where it belonged.

She sat in her chair, beginning to organize some of the papers without even realizing she was doing it.

"I do have a niece. Amber. Sweet kid." Cody replied, having a seat as well. He watched the miniature flurry in the snowglobe for a moment before reaching for a few papers held together with a clip. "Here's what I found on the crook." He explained, handing the files to Bianca.

(What sort of job?)

(Beach job, I'm a badge checker, basically making sure people are allowed on the beach)

Bianca grabbed the files and started reading through them.

"Any evidence that belonged to him? Like a thread of hair or a drop of blood or something?" Bianca asked, reading all the information they had on the man.

"Travis Vernon..." She read the name. "I'm pretty good at tracking people, give me half an hour and I'll come up with some possible locations" Bianca said, letting out her marshtomp and handing it a couple of the papers

Cody nodded and sperad his hands in front of him. "Then by all means." He responded. "As for evidence, we found hairstrands, and also scratches in some of the furniture. We think he has a Sneasel, judging by the size and how many there were." He added, reaching down to scratch Wildfire behind her left ear.

*You might want to reevaluate those scratches, see how theyre jagged and kind of sloppy? Sneasel cut quick and deep and clean, theyre fast with their claws, those scratches are from a Pokmon holding a razor claw* Bianca pointed to the pictures of the scratches, tracing the lines of the cuts on the picture.

Bianca sent out Nyx and Crow, the two of them sniffing the hairs.

*Ill be doing some research and try to find this guy, let me know if something comes up* She said, pulling a laptop out of her bag.

Cody nodded. "Right, right." He replied, flipping through the files again. After a moment, he spoke up again. "Sneasel need to be holding a Razor Claw to evolve." He pointed out.

Aayan rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"Fair point, however, razor claws also increase the change of critical hit" Bianca adds on.

After about half an hour of research and sending out Crow and Nyx to do some spy work, the two detectives discovered he was hiding out in an apartment of an old friend of his who was currently on vacation.

"Apartment 306, floor 3, should we take the stairs or elavator, or maybe split up so we can catch him on the chance he finds us and tries to escape?" Bianca asks. She wasn't used to working with Cody yet, so she still had to figure out how to have better coordination with him.

Cody ran a hand over Aayan's shell as he thought about it. "Splitting up actually doesn't aound like such a bad idea. You know how a lot of those buildings have a stairwell leading to the roof? One of us can enter from the top, the other from the bottom, and we could have a couple of our partners block the fire escapes." He replied.

"Sounds like a good plan, you go from above with the elevator. Puddle, Volt and I will come up from the bottom. We can leave Spark and Crow to cover the fire escape and Nyx to hide them" Bianca planned, her team listening to the plan attentively.
