I froze up again, diving underneath the desk and shutting the cover, though in the panic, I accidentally closed it a little too loudly. After a few more seconds, I hear a voice Come on you stupid door! Open! and slowly open the cover. The voice sounded human enough, but after the even I had experienced so far, I wasn't too sure.
"Hello? Is someone out there?" I call out softly, hoping I didn't just give myself the death sentence.
