Jack the ripper works, they're a famous person who appears in the anime this is based off. Any legend/mythology/fame will do.

Remember, they do need to have a silo page or be famous enough to get info on, you can't just be any ordinary plague doctor

Still seems to be a video game character? Here are some famous plaguedoctors:
Guy de Chauliac (French surgeon during time of Black Death in Avignon, France).
John Paulitious, Edinburgh's first official plague doctor, died from the plague himself in 1645.
Dr George Rae (Edinburgh) replaced John Paulitious on 13 June 1645.
Michel de Nostredame (widely known as Nostradamus).

Alright. There aren't too many plaguedoctors that are famous, but jack the Ripper is still open before Dragon steals it.
