So:
Nemeses in the books are already fixed the moment you arrive in the school, kind of like "It's this way because Fate has decided it shall be this way" so there's no choosing or whatever involved.
But, I'm a nice person and I think I'll let you guys choose xD

Except for the "can tell how many people are dead" thing because people are constantly dying and it would hurt his brain if he was constantly aware of it.

I don't see why somebody would have that ability, so. Also, choose between teleportation and time/death telling.

You'd have to pick someone that is not one of your characters from the opposite side.
