Some ones you could add, just suggestions, could be Garm (Norse), or a phoenix (Greek), heck, even Orthrus (also Greek) is kinda cool.

I would very much say Pheonix from Greek, and Thypon from Greek also. :p plus Nidhogg? From norse? The serpent that eats corpses and the root of the world tree.(Yggdrasil)
