She has a lighter blue tint in her scales, and some are a baby blue. Her physique is pretty little, with oversized wings (sorta like how puppy paws are too big for them)
Shes.. well.. bubbly. She also makes occasional puns
Her imagination is huge, and she is really creative. She makes shapes with bubbles
