Wish granted, but everybody in the world is now fat from eating too much of those things (and diabetes is now on the top list of major problems on earth)

Granted, but now every other day a half of people will die from evil space penguins that like avocadoes.

I wish for a giant tap dancing banana that hates everything until it dances and if it stop dancing it dies and it has a pet bat that is always trying to kill the banana
