Arya flipped open the book full of old maps " Well the town is built directly on top of an old burial ground, so the most probable answer is spiritual fluctuations, something beyond the realm of the living," she paused for Emphasis" But! that's not the interesting part, the interesting thing is that these fluctuations can be felt By Zolnixi's, kind of like a metal detector.."
Ramsey interjected suddenly " Not quite, you see the ability to feel these movements is up to the individual, some Nixis feel as if it is an instinct others don't use it at all. and then there are some skilled Nixis who do use this Gift like a radar... though its not at all simple" he said placing his front paws on the rail and leaning over so he was heard clearly.
Arya Nodded "That makes sense.." she said listening to his explanation.

If your key is available I'd like to let them in to get started." He said politely tipping his paw to her. He had come in and listened to all of them about the comings and goings. "So Arya, have you or Ramsey determined how long it has been since the stone garden,.. I mean burial ground, was last used? He asked with interest. He was privately hoping it was several hundred years so there wouldn't be much concern about zombies and ghouls; just spooks, specters, ghosts, poltergeists and banshees.
