I'd take 30K each for the seed, plus the pots and 2K each for the dirt. If you have greater ferts, you can apply them once planted. If not, I do have some greater ferts on hand. I would ask 75K each for them.
If you don't have pots I would accept either the tokens for the pots or whatever amount gold they are going for on trade broker.

I can accept enrichment baskets for the seeds themselves, but the 2K per seed for the dirt is a must in gold, since I have to pay it in gold to get the dirt. I take 5 small or 1 large per seed.

Sounds good. Remember the pots too. ^^ I'll plant them as soon as I have the pots and then you can apply ferts whenever.
