Kingdom description:
-Starians (as the subjects are called) are used to cold temperatures and thin air. In most other kindoms, they are very strong due to higher oxygen content, but if they go too low they feel pressure, or as if they're drowning.
-Known for their ambush tactics, and skill with blades and magic
-At night the sky is so bright with stars, that travelers sometimes think the sun is setting when it's midnight
-The mountains are filled with veins of common, yet reflective crystal, causing many to feel as if they are walking on stars
-Nocturnal sylesti adapt dark shimmery coats to remain hidden, as a dark patch surrounded by shimmers is very obvious
-Animal that hunt during the day have much duller coats as the sun cannot illuminate the ground as well as the stars.
-It remains dark for about 7 months of the year, and even when the sun comes it's not enough to render the sky bright blue, or block out other stars
-Average temperature is below freezing


This is about how starry the night sky is.

Palace:
The palace is isolated save for the seven nobles with their manors. It consists of 23 towers that are described as being "the stars themselves froze" due to the almost jagged, yet endlessly sparkling walls.
(I couldn't find a picture that really captured what i was imagining, so just envision a light blue and purple hybrid of the castle in frozen and the castle in the crystal empire from my little pony, with 1 really tall tower in the center, 5 shorter circling that, and then 10 even shorter around that, with the other 9 scattered about. This is subject to change and I will evntually have a photo of it.)
