You creep up to the nixi olding your hand out. It sniffes it tentivly but then decides that you're ok. You have adopted a nixi! Do you look in the river or continue?

The hatchling sways away from you when you come close. After a conserable amount of patience you manage too draw it towards you. Do you want to look in the bushes or continue on?

Ignoring the distractions you continue along the path. You walk for a long time and you and your sylesti become thirsty. You lay down your bag and take a drink from a stream. When you turn to pick your bag up a Morkko is standing over it trying to find food. It looks p and notices you. With only seconds to think do you: fight it, run away, yell at it, or climb a tree to get away?

You look in the river but whatever was there is now gone. You contiue on your journey until a hooded figure and a black ryori leap in your way, "cough up the money or you die."

Whatever was in the bushes has disapeared. However you see some paw prints leading away from the mountains (where the Ice Queen lives) do you want to follow the prints or continue on your journey.

You pull the money from your pocket and hold it up. The bandit looks confused for a minute, "oh... thanks," they take the money and put it in a poket. "Erm..." they look embaressed, "i guess you're free to go- sorry i've only been doing this for three days..." the baffled bandit and its sylesti run off. You continue on your journey.

After walking a few miles, you come across a small village. Do you want to visit it or carry on?
