"Well then Kire, I am sorry to say this, but you should probably never use your ability for as long as we don't know more. Your ability is powerful, and probably relies on the brain. The limitation may be extremely dangeous for your health. With a bit of luck, I may get a clue eventually" he said, ending his sentence with a dark laugh. "What about you, Jade ?" he asked as he stopped pacing.
-Well... it only works with one thing at a time ?, she said nervously.
- That's not it. Your ability is powerful too. What happens when you use it ?
- I get dizzy, light-headed.... Sometimes I get a headache ?
- This could be potentially dangerous. You should not try to use it more than once in a row. It seems to be very strenuous on your brain. It may overload or something. Furthermore, you can't use it for anything. You should be careful what you use it on.
- What do you mean ? Jade asked, worried.
- What would happen if I were to show you expert martial arts moves ? You could certainly repeat them. However, since your body is not trained, you would risk severe muscles injuries while repeating them.
Jade's eyes opened wide. She had never thought about that. She suddenly grew even more worried.

Vozhak had a tinge of consern for both Jade and Kire. It was hard to say that his concern was equil for the both of them. He was worried about Jade's health and mental status, and Mr. Lanton had a good point. If she were to preform a physical task she could hurt herself greatly, language didn't seem to have as large of a recoil than other things did. He felt sort of lucky that his only draw back was that he gets hot and is cold to the touch. Then there was Kire, she was banned from using her power; Mr. Lanton seemed worried about her power. What's the worst it could do? Wait.. What couldn't it do? Control over someone's body is pretty dangerous. What if she got a hold of a political figure? Things could go badly if that were to happen.
A bit confused and a little outraged over being told not to use her power, Kire breathed a frustrated sigh as she pulled her phone out to look at the time; 1643, crap. "I'm sorry to just leave like this but I really have to get home before my mom does, I'll see you tomorrow!" she yelled as she ran out the door and down the hall.

Daniel didn't have time to finish before Kire darted off. Truth to be told, he was worried about her ability the most. Total control over a human body seemed dangerous, first to the user, but also to the one being used. He was worried she may accidentaly cause brain damage to the unsuspecting target if they tried to fight her control. He sighed. They were just kids. Why were they faced with such burdens at such a young age ? The biggest worry they should have had is "Do you think XXX likes me ?". He suddenly felt old and tired. He smiled at the two other teenagers apologetically and told them they were free to go. As they were about to cross the door, he added :
"Don't worry, everything's eventually gonna be alright, don't worry too much, you'll get wrinkles"

Laughing at the comic remark, Vozhak thanked Mr. Lanton for his time then stood and walked to the door, holding it for Jade then following her out. He waved goodbye to Jade as they parted ways down the hallway. He couldn't wait to start on the sclupture of the rat he had drawn in his last class. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and went to photos. Up until he got to the stairs he staired at the drawing trying to decide what technique he should use for the fur. As he started down the stairs, taking two at a time, he flipped his phone in his hand then shoved it back into his pocket. When he got to the intrence he pulled his shirt over his head and stuffed it into his back pack. Now free from the heat creating cloth, he tightened the straps of his back pack then began his trek home.
Kire ran the whole way home praying that her mom had gotten caught in traffic, she needed to hide the desaster she and her father had left from the night before. Hopefully her dad had started cleaning the horrific mess. They had gotten into a food fight, both armed with popcorn and crackers. She wished that her dog Selin were still alive, that way he would have eaten the food mess and they would only have to put furniture back. To her relief her mom was, infact, not home yet and her dad had cleaned the whole house up. "Just do your homework, that will be enough payment for missing out on the clean-up." Kire's dad shouted from his office.

When all of the children had gone home, Daniel cleaned up his desk, grabbed his suitcase and headed for the door. Once outside, he placed the suitcase on a windowsill, lit up a cigarette and took a large puff. He sat down on the floor, expelling smoke from his lungs. Something told him this was gonna be a long year. He cursed the fates under his breath. If there was some kind of sentient and omnipotent entity planning all this, they must be total whackjobs. What kind of god or whatever would give powers to teenagers ? It's like giving a bazooka to an insane man. They were not prepared for it, and there was so much possibilities for it to go horribly wrong it gave him a headeache. "Damn, I wanted a peaceful year" he muttered while getting up and heading home.
As Jade entered her house, she was greeted by Monte-Cristo, her cat. He had gotten his name due to his ability to sneak out any locked room they put him in as a kitten. As always, her mother had sent her a text telling her that she would be late. It was common. Ever since the divorce, she had gotten even more dedicated to her job. The mayor probably wanted some kind of review on a project downtown or something... She did her homework half heartedly, wondering if her mother would be back in time for dinner. "Ah, well I'll have to make something easy to re-heate, just in case"

Vozhak redied his key as he walked through his appthest end of the complexartment complex, soon he reached the far end of the large complex. He climbed four filghts of stairs to get to his appartment. Out of breath from the climb, he shakealy shoved the key into the lock and turned it. He pushed the door to his tiny appartment open, a blast of cool air greeted him as he lumbered into the low-roofed home. Vozhak made his way to the kitchen; he could hear his mother's frustrated voice ringing out from her own room, she must have been on the phone with the problem customer that her company had. He would always threaten to take his business elsewhere because of their high prices on office supplies so he could get a discount. Vozhak sighed while shaking his head as kicked his boots off in the tiny dining room then opened the freezer and pulled his blanket out then shuffeled to his room. He wraped the lmost frozen blanket around his body then sat at his desk and began his homework.
Unable to consentrate on her homework, Kire decide to take a break. She pushed her papers off of the side of her bed then fell backwards, her legs still crossed, then straightened her legs out. She couldn't stop thinking about Mr.Lanton. You should probably never use your ability . The whole situation made her stomach turn, but something inside of her made her want to try her abaility again. Who could she try it on? Hearing the neighbor kids playing outside made her sit up and peek out her window. The two boys had a friend over and they were being louder than usuall. Maybe on one of them? No. She shouldn't do that, but could she? Whining in frustration over her internal conflict she put her head in her hands and decided not to do anything with her power.

Once Jade finished her homework, she started to cook. It always calmed her down. Cooking was easy for her. Because if you mixed egg with flour and sugar, the result would always make a cake. No surprises. Variants, maybe, but no surprises. Her mother had texted her again, she was going home for dinner, so Jade was happy. It was a rare occasion.
Daniel got home, to his old appartment. He sighed. For some reason, he never got the hang of this interior decoration thing. He bought furniture because it was practical, not beautiful. The result was a missmatch of various kind of furniture, always in earthy colours. The result was an appartment that was squeaky clean, but not very homely. The only dirty spot came from the sink. He loved cooking, but utterly loathed dishwashing. After reviewing the coming week of classes, and preparing a few exercises for homework, he decided to attack the mountain of dishes left in the kitchen. "I wonder if it's how new lifeforms are born..."

A frustrated cry came from Vozhak as he slammed his head on his desk three times then entangled his fingers in his hair. "1 Vy poluchite yego v blizhaysheye vremya, Milaya," His mother's voice calmly reassured him from the kitchen. Why couldn't he craft the sword correctly? The whole rat was perfecty detailed, even the ears (he has a hard time sculpting ears)! But the sword was curved even though he had reinfrorced it with wire. The jewls were uneven, the hilt too wide, a weird crack in the middle of the guard that he couldnt smooth out, and a failed flower on the end. He lifed his now throbbing head off of his desk and looked over his rat. It was standing on it's hing legs, its long tail was curled into a perfect "S" shape, its mouth was open like it had been freezed in a battle cry, its left arm bent and hand at rest, and its right arm extended in a go-this-way position the hand empty, just waiting for the perfect sword to be placed in the palm. Vozhak sighed a big, long, and loud sigh as he cleaned the clay off of the wire and started again.
Kire sat at her place at the table while her and her family ate their quiet meal of slightly over cooked stew. Her parents havent said a word to each other since her mom got home. Her brother, Alex, decided to break the ice by, rather loudly, saying, "Do you hate each other or something?" Wrong choice of words. Their father groaned before standing up to put his empty bown in the sink then said on his way out, "We'll let your mother decide."
aand forgot the translation
1) You'll get it soon, sweetheart.

Jade was finishing her saut when the entrance door slammed open and close. Her mother was home. She peeked in the kitchen, her red and tired eyes darting about. "How was your first day, sweetie ?" She asked, while going over to the fridge to pour herself a glass of grapefruit juice.
-It was fine, mom.
-Did you make any friends ? Her mother had always been worried about her. She was such an introvert at times, it was hard not to worry.
-Yes I did, don't worry. We're going to eat soon, it's almost ready, she said moving the frying pan.
Soon after, they both sat at the table, eating and talking about random subjects. Her mother had no idea about her ability. She had enough to worry about already, it was no need to tell her. Once finished, the mother washed the dishes, while Jade was reading aloud the television program. Since they both were unsatisfied, as often, about what was programmed, they both decided that that reading was far better. Jade then climbed to her room, grabbing the half finished book on the nightstand.

When her parents got in a fight a little time after dinner, Kire slinked off into her room and turned the light off so they wouldn't disturb her after they were done. She sat in the dark in the only empty corner in her room; every other corner was filled by either a bed, desk, book case, or a chest of drawers. She drew her knees into her chest then rested her head on her head on the wall, sighing when she heard a glass break and more shouting. It wasn't the first night she had spent in the corner, it was the sixth time this month. Her mother would complain about her father being too lenient when it came to herself and her brother, and her father would complain about the opposite. Some how they worked through it and dd never ended up on the couch. Getting tired of hearing the yeling and screaming, Kire put her headphones on and turned her music up to max.
Eventually Vozhak came out of his room when he had decided to take a break to grab the food prepare flawlesly by his mother. Tonight it was cold borscht to celebrate the end of summer. He thanked his mom for the meal then lumbered back into his room. He set the bowl down on his desk then flicked the lamp light on. The sword was OK this time but it didn't have the design that he wanted, but it was the best he coudl do right now so he the sword in the rat's hand and carefully put it in kiln oven then switched it on.
