May I ask about breeding? You don't require a philter of infertility or anything, it seems. So is it not allowed, or if we breed with them do we have to give you a fee per offspring...?

Definitely. I've been working on my own stat griffi's, and currently, the highest I have so far is this gal. https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=1634653 A bit lacking in the Dexterity, but I have a mate for her with much higher dex and a philter should fix that in the next generation. >_< It's rather slow though, since I'm working with lesser philters and rather limited pets with no magic pies.
