Mako watched Terra out of the corner of his eye. He kept annoying the female human to keep her from going to help catch Terra. He had a millisecond pause when Terra got caught and that was enough for the female to grab the net around him. He struggled as she picked him up by the ends of the net and held him away from he. He watched as the third human put his hand in the hallow to see what was in there. He took out Mako's scarf. It must have fallen off Terra when the stick went on her neck. The female human took it from him and handed the net with Mako in it to him. She looked at it and walked over to Terra. She tied it around her neck then picked her up carefully keeping her mouth away from her. The man started walking Mako over to the van the other humans had come in.

Terra felt herself being lifted by the female and began to squirm in her grasp. The female began to make her soft cooing noises again, and started saying something softly to Terra. Frankly, Terra didn't know whether this was supposed to calm her down or freak her out more. She went with the ladder. She began to flail her appendages as quickly and roughly as she could, but the female's strong hands wouldn't let go of her. As Terra gave in, realizing that escape was not an option at this point, the female caught up with the male human, and Terra and Mako were placed into small, plastic, pet carrier things side by side.

Mako hated the tight space. He looked over to the sides trying to see. He could smell Terra but the plastic wouldn't let him see where she was. "Terra? Are you okay?" He asked starting to ram his side against the side of the container. He wanted out. He hated humans and this just proved that it was reasonable to hate. He was getting tired. He hadn't eaten anything for a few days and he had done quite a bit off work. He stood there panting a little as he heard the van starting.

Thud!
The box next to Terra smashed against hers, sending her flying to the side of her crate. "Whoa, Mako, what are you doing?!" She slowly got to her paws only to be knocked down again by the forward motion of the truck. She felt Mako butting the side of his crate again. "I don't really think that knocking yourself out while head-butting the side of the crate is going to either of us a lick of good.."

Mako smiled panting more. "Good you're okay." He sat down panting a bit more. "I know but I had to try." He said laying down putting his head in between his paws. He stayed quiet for a bit regaining his breath. "What do you think they want with us?" He asked a little worried about it. He hated humans and was worried they'd try and make him a pet. He wanted out of the box now. It was starting to get to him with the smell of fumes and the cramped space. "Any escape plans coming to you?" He asked smirking a little because he thought it was her turn to try and figure it out.

"I really don't know what they want with us, but we aren't dead yet, so that must mean something. They need us alive." Terra allowed herself to lay down on the bottom of the crate. "And as to your other question..." She glanced nervously around the crate, looking through a few of the small holes in the crate's wall. Through one, she just saw the side of Mako's crate. Through two others, she saw the shiny metallic walls of the truck. "Nope, can't think of anything." She let out a heavy sigh and shut her eyes.

Mako sighed. "I guess so." The thought the humans needed them made Mako a little bit more nervous. He looked around a bit more carefully. He noticed that one of the walls was different then the other three. It seemed like it moved. He had already tried breaking threw it but the humans might open it to get them out then they could escape! "Terra what does your box look like?" He asked trying not to use all of his strength before they escaped. He really needed to eat but he wasn't going to tell that to Terra.

Terra opened her eyes again, staring into the dim light of the crate around her. It was grey, and smooth... It had a few scratches on its inner walls from where some other prisoner had desperately tried to claw its way out. "It's a grey plastic box with a few holes in it for light and air and stuff," Terra bluntly answered. "There's a few scratches on the inside." She let out another sigh. "What were you expecting?" Terra slid forward slightly as the vehicle came to a stop, before sliding back as the vehicle began to move again.

Mako didn't know what he had expected but he was just wondering if it was like his or not. He waited until the boxes stopped shifting to answer. "I don't know..." Mako started thinking of more options of escape. "Where would humans be taking us?" He muttered to himself as the boxes shifted as the large metal thing turned a corner. He wished he knew the answer to his question, it was driving him crazy not even having a guess. He sighed. "You never answered my question, You are okay right? Did they hurt you?" He asked remembering the rope on the stick, it looked like it might have hurt her.

Terra paused to think about how to answer the question. If she answered in the wrong manner, she risked terrifying Mako. It wasn't as if he could actually see her current state. "At the time, it hurt like all heck, but it really didn't do any lasting damage. Unless you count my ruffled neck fur." She shut her eyes again. "What about you? You kinda rushed at a human with a net around your face..." She trailed off. The vehicle's grumble sound ceased and the human exited from the vehicle's metal belly. Footsteps rang from outside the truck. There were two sets of gaits.
