I can breed you a SE Ny'vene once they both are adults and sell it to you, what are you willing to pay (gold, avatar items, diamonds, offspring, etc.)

That all depends on what'cha like. :)
Usually I buy in gold, the initial amount I offer generally depending on the amount of traits and the gender. For my own standards, it's pretty simple:
Visible + 100k
Carry+ 50k
FEMALE +100k
But depending on how badly I want the pet, I can always be talked up to a higher price. Especially if I happen to like the traits. ^^
For pet trades I have plenty to offer. Reindeer Griffi, Star-Crossed Griffi, Thunderstorm Griffi, Lucky Scarab Ryori, the list of themed pets I'm breeding goes on and on, and generally I try to cover all of the available traits when it comes to wheel pets.Granted, I do prefer to trade wheel offspring for equal gene points whenever possible. (Though depending on demand and such, I do look past the amount of gene points to a certain extent. ^^)

Still looking for the draeyl? I've got a draeyl that carries radiant runes and ice wings here (already set up for 25k if you want it).
