The short version: lead genetics scientist, Dr. Henry Wu, had experimented with DNA and making hybrids of creatures. He had made a living hybrid flower, and his aspirations grew from there. The dinosaur was his newest hybrid: the Indominus Rex. And it was crazy powerful.

The main genome is T.Rex, and the known DNA includes Raptor, Majungasaurus, Therezinosaurus, cuttlefish, frogs, pit vipers, and more. Its crazy.
