Abyss replied softly, something like 'it's fine.' or 'I'm not sure.'.

Jasper gently ruffled Abyss's hair, then cupped his cheek.
Abyss closed his eyes, leaning into his friends touch. "I wish I'd known." He whispered.
Jasper shook his head. "No, then you wouldn't have had even the small bit of time to enjoy having a father." He replied quietly.
