He stopped himself and Swayed his tail leaving a dark mist behind to serve as a protective barrier to keep the snow from coming in the fox hole " his ears flattened as he watched the flame flicker " Sonet will be here tomorrow morning we should sleep"

*Notch dreams* all around him there was fire and the people of his village screaming and falling to their deaths. He looked around frantically for Naomi hoping to find her When he finally spotted her they were already dragging her off "NO! Give her Back!" he screamed as he chased the snatchers down " She was His to look after and protect while father was fighting He shifted and bolted through the chaos as a shadow when he reached where he last saw the snatchers he froze their Leader Keto, stood there holding Naomi's mangled remains in his jaws.Notch awakes franticly "No!" he yells waking himself up panting

Snowey was sitting over him, her paw on his flank. She sighed. She knew he was having a horrific dream.
Bean was sleeping.

when he stopped panting and realized it was only a dream he sat up and flattened his ears. " Thank you.." he said quietly before rubbing his cheek against hers. "you're still cold Love"

You'r tail lit fire... She looked a bit hopeful. Bean found a sap that helps sooth burns in a corner of this hole, so thank him.

Notch nods and Lays down farther away from the fire. the dream still swirled in his mind. he would like to think it was only a dream, but he knew that it was truly a memory. He laid his head on his paws but did not close his eyes, he just watched the flame of the fire flicker.
