(No no no, i said observation check lv 1 success. You didn't gain a lv, but the usage went up. When the usage goes up high enough, THEN it levels up.)
It seems to go over 100 feet up. No way would you want to climb it without proper gear. Puddle spots a pretty flower, and leans over to grab it. Immediately it bounces back, shaking it's head and blinking before doing a facepalm. Puddle nods understandingly and flutters to your shoulder.

Puddle sighs a 'here we go again' sigh, and flies down to the ground.
IT draws a square, and some trees inside. Then Puddle picks up a rock, and makes it move around inside the square. Whenever the rock gets to an edge, it bounces backwards a little.
