Siren takes a breath 'think cagon' she relaxed and the ice on her paws melted "wait if I freeze the air around candy it wont hurt them will it?"

"Nope, she will be fine," She held out the stick in her hand and at the top of the stick was a gem, "See this gem? As long as I have it C-"
"She can't die," Hayden cut in from where he was sitting in his tree.
"I... how do you know that?" Hope asked, she knew it was a secret only the Tuzzs' knew.
"I do-on't know," Hayden stuttered nervously placing his hand on his head as pain filled him, he felt like he should know something, why, but he couldn't place his finger on it.
"Ummm, should I be compelled to do something," Carter said, feeling this weird tingling in his hands, his head filling with images of him doing cartwheels, "It's kinda working?"
Cobra was watching silently, his scales matching the world around him perfectly. Rose was a weasel again and was running over to Siren, hopping up and on her head.

Kris shrugged. "Don't know, but you probably-no. You should."

"I should?" His eyes where starting to glaze over.
He did a cartwheel, then shook his head, his eyes clearing.
"I... what happened? I was over there and now I am here," He pointed at the ground in confusion.

His blue eyes widened. "Uh, you just did a cartwheel." he said, nodding in approval. "That was pretty good actually, not ganna lie."

"Wait... I did?" He was shocked, looking around confused, "What is your power?"
Hope came over, still shooting Hayden confused glances, "Good job, now try again but something different, something harder. Remember you must command, not ask."

"Charm, though some call it Smolder or so I've heard here and there." he said to Carter but seemed to actually feel uncomfortable with ordering Carter around.

"Wow, that's cool. You could like totally order people around like 'get me a drink' or 'buy me a pineapple'," Carter let out a small laugh, feeling strange energy swirling around him, the curse was at work.

He shrugged. "Nah, I'm awesome enough to do things on my own."

Hope tapped him lightly on the head with her stick, "You won't be saying that when you have to fight it," She stepped forward and placed a paw on his shoulder.
Suddenly there was a huge monster, the one from before in the tunnel. It was more real then before, it's eyes alight with life, ready to fight and to kill. Laying limp in front of it was Carter. Suddenly the image disappeared as Hope stepped back.
"That is what you must face, are you sure you are ready?"
