As they approached the table, one of the desiccated faces in the corner stirred and floated away from the wall. A skeletal woman with tangled white hair shambled towards them, her eyes hollow pits in a withered face

He looked over and instead of gold flooding his hazel brown eyes purple did as his freckle scales thickened along his cheeks,highlighting his cheek bones. He held onto mini Silver tightly,the dragon ice not showing any sign that it would melt anytime soon.

"Hello children," the hag whispered, her voice like sand hissing through a pipe. "Come to visit old Anna, have you? Puck is here, and Grimalkin, as well. What a pleasure." She gestured to the table, and the bails on her knobby hands glinted like steel. "Please, have a seat

Jason's grip on the ice tightened like heck at being called a child,but acted with respect anyway. He did as motioned,sitting down carefully and keeping on the edge of the seat and to himself.

Ash noticed and was tempted to comfort him, but before he could, everyone else sits, including Grimalkin and so Ash was a little late at sitting. The woman, apparently named Anna, smiled at Jason, revealing yellow, needle-like teeth. "I smell need," she rasped. "Need and desire. You, child." She crooked a finger at Jason. "You have come seeking knowledge. You search for something that must be found, yes?"

His shoulders stiffened and his now purple eyes like glittering crystals turned from the little ice dragon to her. "Y-yes ma'am." he said,licking his own fangs faintly at the sight of the sharp teeth. He seemed to be having a struggle shifting to his usual jockey flirt.

The hag nodded her withered head. "Ask, then, child of two worlds. But remember..." She fixed him with a hollow glare. "All knowledge must be paid for. I will give you the answers you seek but I desire something in return. Will you accept the price?"

He shifted,not sure. He didn't want to end up finding the price something horrible. He fiddled with a wing of the little ice dragon,tracing it's graceful shape. He swallowed hard,but answered. "...Y....Yes ma'am..." He said,his nervousness causing his fangs to lengthen and give him a faint lisp.

"Before I answer any questions, I will take what is rightfully mine," the oracle said. "What I want from you, dear, is a memory. One that you recall with great affection. The happiest memory of your childhood."

Jason relaxed and nodded,then thought for a moment. He then smiled,seeming actually happy...fully happy as he held the little ice dragon to his chest. "When I met my siblings.Finding out,I wasn't the only one like this. Living with multiple forms,knowing I had two sisters and three brothers and even a father that cared.That I had a home when I stumbled through that portal the first time,and that it was a true home...not a short term foster home."
