Soot growled, attempting to get away from Blister as he was patched up. She wasn't Blue. Blue was gentler, Blue was familiar. Blue was weak. Blister was strong. He tossed and turned his head in defiance. He wasn't weak. Weak wolves got wounds patched. Strong wolves didn't.

Soot yelped. "Blue, " he tried to say, in a hoarse voice. This wasn't good. He was being hurt. Those who hurt him were enemies. In his delirious state, he tried to fight Blister back. "You won't kill me, " he snarled at her, unable to kick her off.

Blue kept running. Her heart beat quickened. No no no. She mumbled as she ran. If Blister was even remotely good at healing, she feared she would soon find herself rather dead. Eventually she collapsed, exhausted.

"Calm down," Blister barked stepping off of Soot. She walked into the den and grabbed some seeds.
"Have these, they'll make you sleep, sleep will do you well,"
Blister barked pushing the seeds up to Soot.

Soot tried his best to lunge at Blister, snapping and snarling. "Get away from me!" He half growled, half-barked at her. She was unfamiliar and she was bossy and she was hurting him.

Soot began to charge at her, but as soon as he had knocked her down, he began to wobble. All his strength had seeped out of his body. The beta tried to stay on his feet, but he swayed a little.
