Rat smiled and wiped away Silva tears "I'm fine Silva and I'm not going anywhere so you don't have to worry" he said standing up and pulling her to her feet

Tears streamed down Luffy's face he knew he couldn't stay there forever but he almost wished he could he took a deep breath his hands shaking and his voice hoarse "Mia are you ok" he asked her safety his number one priority

Jack breathed heavily he was worn out and hurt all over he jumped on Sheptha back and layed down his arms hanging down beside Sheptha front legs the little monkey fell asleep completely exhausted

Silva nodded. "Good." She said looking him in the eye. She didn't think about it as her mouth raised to meet his. She put her arms around his neck. She could feel her good mood spreading around her fixing the wall up as she kissed him.

Mia nodded to scared to do anything else.

Sheptha sighed glad his friend was okay.

Rat smiled and kissed her back his magic mixing with hers fixing the ground and walls other students stared at them and at the walls being fixed confused and terrified at what had just happened and scared of Rat who in all honesty shouldn't be alive and the girl kissing him as if he wasn't mortally wounded with huge holes in his body "were being watched" Rat mumbled against Silva lips a small smile spread across his face

Luffy pulled Mia even closer "I'm sorry Mia I'm so sorry please don't be afraid of me" he whispered in her ear his voice projecting a near unfathomable fear

Silva pulled back a bit. "Who cares? It's their own fault if they're embarrassed." She said then smiled softly. "And that was for not dying so I really could care less what other's think..." She said kissing him again holding him there only a little closer. Silva was amazed when Musa wasn't saying or doing anything about them kissing. Maybe Rat's act of selflessness had impressed the small rat, or, even better, made her like him.

Mia shook her head. "I'm not scared of you..." She said trying not to stare at Silva and Rat through the small hole left in the wall. She really hoped they wouldn't tell him what actually happened.

Rat smiled more and kissed her back thinking we are so going to get in trouble for PDA the thought just made him smile more

Luffy breathing slowly returned to normal but his heart rate picked up considerably the pounding in his chest easy to hear a small smile came to hiss lips as he whispered "you kissed me" In Mia ear

The trio of dragon riders made it to the arena. The entered the locker room and began changing. JC laughed when he saw that Cole had worn his riding uniform under his usual clothes. "Really Cole. You'd almost think that you'd have the patience to at least arrive at school before getting into uniform." Cole grinned back. After three months of no races and little to do with Zodiac life you'd be excited too." JC grinned sheepishly. "Yeah kinda forgot that your folks don't know about all of this." Zane shrugged, "Nor do mine, although since my grandfather is a Zodiac master I still can talk to him at least. When we get the chance to call each other we still have to be careful what we say." JC nodded,"Hey at least we will eventually learn the spell that will allow us to magically communicate over distances, that will be awesome. We'll be able to say whatever we want." "But have to watch what we think," Zane stated with a smile and quirked eyebrow. Cole shushed them, "Keep it down, you know headmistress Chang said not to say anything about what happened to us last year to anyone." The other two nodded. The door opened and the rest of the dragon riders came filing noisily in. The trio did their best to finish quickly and hurried onto the practice track their thoughtful expressions once again fading into excited grins. Eager to be flying again after so long.

Silva slowly stepped back from Rat her arms still around his neck. her eyes sparkled a little as she looked into his. "And that was for saving me..." She mummered and looked down at his chest seeing his injuries remembering them. "Now please let me heal you... I want to thank you." She said letting her hands slide down to his chest.

Musa sighed. She knew there was no stopping Silva from what she wanted to do and she seemed to like this boy very much.

Mia's breath caught and she let her hair fall over her face. "Sheptha pushed me..." She said honestly hoping not to hurt him. It had been the truth and she didn't know what was going on.

Rat Grabbed her wrist lightly so as not to hurt her d"on't if you try to heal them they will only get worse I will be fine Silva you don't have to worry about me" ray said smiling at her

Luffy sighed a sad sound of defeat and depression "I..... I figured it was to good to be true but......but I guess.......I guess I just..." He trailed off his arms withdrew and wrapped around him as he curled into a ball shaking violently from depression pain and exaustion
