Zombified Vulnyx

Story:
It was close to Christmas day a little girl has been begging her parents for a cat for 3 months now. As the father was doing some last minute shopping he stopped at a pet shop late at night. The shop looked abandoned and old but every other store was closed, Christmas was tomorrow. As he walked in he told the person behind the desk what he was looking for. The worker then directed him to where they kept the cats. The room was full of cages and it looked like some animals were being tested on. The father was examining every cage trying to find one that reminded him best of his daughter he came across one. The Vulnyx had the color of his daughters hair, his eyes were a striking grey. The father started heading home happy with how his daughters reaction will be, as he reached the house he made sure his daughter was sleeping and placed the cat in the living room. That next morning the daughter woke up, as she ran downstairs eager to see her gifts she sees the Vulnyx. His eyes looked glossy and lifeless, his fur even looked lifeless. The daughter stood in shock with what her eyes have seen, she couldn't move as the Vulnyx then leaped at her.

Story:
There is legends of a creature very dark that almost looks as if it floats around. Legend has it this creature hides under beds until late at night. Once it's prey has fallen into a deep slumber it crawls out and will get into their minds. The creature makes its prey dream its worst horrors and then feeds off their fear. But legends aren't true, right?

Demon Ny'vene:

So here's my vampire baby. I know people don't usually enter hatchlings, but she seemed the most vampirish of all the options. Just look at those barely-emerging fangs! And the golden eyes that put you off-guard of how devilish the creature actually is.

And here's my creature of nightmare. This little bulbori tries to be your friend, and at first glance, you would trust and love her. However, under the fluffy white exterior, she hides a simmering bloodlust that would defy imagination. Trust her at your peril!

Fire Ice Nightmare
A lot of people are doing a story too, so here's his. His parents were Nightmare Ny'venes; his egg was laid in a cave surrounded by lava. A young prince was sent to kill the parents, who were terrorizing the land. Once the deed was carried out, the prince spotted the fire red egg and adopted it. It was so hot, though, that he couldn't even wrap it in cloth- it caught fire on contact. He came back for it, and somehow got it into a metal container and carried it with blacksmith's gloves. Back at the castle, he left it at the stables. When he went to visit it the next day, it was nowhere to be found! After some investigation, he found a stable-hand that had seen a dark figure clothed in black with flashes of ice-blue sneaking away from the stable.
"I thought I was seeing things, so I didn't tell anyone about it," he said.
"Which way did they go?" the prince asked. When the stable-hand pointed, the prince set off, deep into a dark wood. The further he went, the more determined he became, telling himself there must be something special about this egg. As he went, it started growing colder, and darker. Too far in to turn back, he started searching for shelter. He spied a cave up ahead. Headed towards it, he grew colder with every step. When he reached it he was almost frozen. The cave glowed whitish blue inside. Too curious to be stopped by the cold, he ventured in. Deep inside, he found someone, in a cavern completely made of ice.
"Who are you?" she cried, startled.
"Prince Gregoron. Who are you?"
"I am... of no concern. Let's just say, I am an expert on Ny'venes."
"So, are you the one who stole my Ny'vene eggling?" She looked like the description of the intruder.
She rose her voice in reply- "I did not steal it. I was saving it. You have no idea how to raise a Ny'vene!"
"I... you're right. What do you suggest?" She wordlessly led him to an absolutely way below freezing section of the cave.
"Here it is." She gestured to the egg, which was encased in ice.
"What have you done?! It can't have survived!" the prince cried.
"No, it is very alive. Once removed from it's boiling hot environment- before hatching, the only way to prevent the egg from dying was to move it immediately to a freezing cold environment," she explained. The prince considered that for a moment, then nodded.
"You may raise it. I will return in two days."
When he returned, the ny'vene was a hatchling. With red flames and frozen horns, he perfectly exhibited the climate of both of his native environments. "He's awesome," the prince breathed. The ny'vene girl smiled shyly.
"Yes, he is," she agreed. "My name is Alexia. I was raised by ny'venes."
Ok, so to sum things up, Prince Gregoron ended up marrying Alexia (cliche, I know, but how else could it have ended?) and they named the ny'vene "Frozefire." Frozefire fiercely protected them and was the worst nightmare of all of their enemies.

I can just imagine a conversation between this guy and a person.
"I'm here to collect your soul."
"Aww! You're so cute!"
"No! Stop petting me! I am DARKNESS!"
